About the author
Dr.G.Thippanna
Dr. G. Thippanna is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at a private engineering college in Dupadu, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India. He obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Technology from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapuram, Andhra Pradesh, India, in 2016.
His doctoral research was carried out in the field of Image Processing, with the thesis titled “An Efficient Approach for Image Encryption and Compression Using Symmetric Cryptography Techniques.”
Dr. Thippanna has over 12 years of teaching experience in various engineering institutions. Under his guidance, five (5) Ph.D. scholars have successfully completed their doctoral studies. Since 2012, published three (3) books, one book chapter, he has actively participated in numerous national and international seminars, workshops, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and conferences.
He has published more than 96 research papers in reputed national and international journals. His major research interests include Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data Technologies, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cryptography, and Network Security.
Throughout his academic career, he has taught a wide range of subjects, including Big Data Technologies, Image Processing, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cryptography, Network Security, and Software Engineering.
Dr. Thippanna continues to contribute to teaching, research, and academic development through his extensive expertise in computer science and emerging technologies.
